Description: Due to ongoing danger, humanitarian crises, and forced displacement, children and communities in Ukraine are experiencing toxic stress. According to research, 9 out of 10 children suffer from emotional and psychological strain, with 73% feeling unsafe or scared. The consequences include a decline in academic performance, depression, low self-esteem, as well as difficulties in communication and social adaptation.

The creation of child-friendly spaces is an effective solution that provides children and their caregivers with essential psychosocial support, reduces stress levels, and aids in the restoration of their emotional well-being.
What we offer:
- Friendly spaces for children where they can escape from the realities of war;
- Group classes for the development of life skills and psycho-emotional support;
- Creative workshops, sports activities, and board games;
- Individual consultations with psychologists;
- Positive parenting trainings for adults;
- Visit to a mobile planetarium in Chernivtsi region.
The project focuses on the following target groups:
- Large families (with three or more children);
- Internally displaced persons (IDPs);
- Single-parent households;
- People with disabilities;
- Orphans;
- Families with children under 1 year old or pregnant women;
- Children affected by armed conflict, among many others.
