Description: Due to the full-scale war waged by the Russian Federation against Ukraine, entire cities are destroyed, thousands of innocent people die, and millions have become forced migrants, many of whom have no place to return.
The world is united and ready to help Ukraine. Many evangelical churches, charitable organizations, and individual sponsors from Europe and the USA send pecuniary and humanitarian aid to Ukraine. Considering the fact that the city of Chernivtsi borders Romania, our location facilitates the arrival of this aid from European countries.
In view of the war and for the effective coordination of this work, on the initiative of the Chernivtsi regional union of the Ukrainian Church of Christians of Evangelical Faith the Center for providing assistance was created that operates jointly with the charitable fund “Arms of Mercy”.
Implementation: As of the end of 2023, the total amount of aid distributed is more than 4,700 tons. 200 organizations throughout Ukraine received assistance. Hundreds of volunteers from evangelical churches were involved in the implementation of the project.
We encourage foreign partners to participate in this project. You can transfer your donations to the account indicated on our website. Also, if you are able to send humanitarian aid or help in some other way, contact us via e-mail or by phone. Thank you that in this challenging time for Ukraine, you are near to the disadvantaged, helping them to remain human beings and shine brightly in such a dark period of time!
