People living in eastern and southern Ukraine have urgent needs for our assistance as they face major challenges on a daily basis due to the ongoing hostilities and humanitarian crisis, and are in the greatest need of our support and solidarity in this difficult period
Funding for the project: in partnership with the international organization World Vision International, with financial support from GIRO 555.
Description: People living in eastern and southern Ukraine have urgent needs for our assistance as they face major challenges on a daily basis due to the ongoing hostilities and humanitarian crisis, and are in the greatest need of our support and solidarity in this difficult period. Thus, our project aims to improve access to nutritious food and basic household non-food items for IDPs, as well as to increase the economic resilience of households most affected by the conflict in order to increase their income and security.
Implementation and coverage: during the project implementation we distributed:
- 11700 food kits;
- 20 collective kits for shelters;
- 20 institutional hygiene kits for shelters;
- 3461 beneficiaries received cash assistance.
In total, more than 15,000 beneficiaries were reached.
